PoE Shadow builds without Spectral Throw

I Spend around 35 ex Crafting/Buyng to take maybe 85% of the perfect gear. \- It's not a perfect PoB, just an reference to end game setup

Hi, I was checking all the replica items to see if I could find a fun new item to build around and I saw the new replica Duskdawn. It's identical to the original, but instead of criticial chance for spells it has base crit chance, bringing it to a respectable \~10%, with 1.25 APS. So I had this wacky idea for an ignite build earlier, and to my surprise, the numbers actually seemed to work out. The template for my build was mathil's Divine Ire Ignite character. The idea behind the build was to map with Divine Ire and then blow up bosses with the charges you've generated, since the cooldown looks annoying but the base damage is huge. Because of the bonuses to Ignites, Charges, and Channeling, I started looking into Trickster. This is what led me to the main synergy behind this build: the combination of Stormfire and Hrimmburn. Hey guys, I've tried putting together a hit based fireball using pinpoint and scorch, the damage looks really good in PoB right now so im wondering if I have ticked a few boxes, everything looks warranted to me right now. Please help take a look over it, any comments and feedback are much appreciated. PoB:

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.
