Hey Guys, i want to show u my league starter this league :D It started as a meme, but i think its playable as a league starter. Items gonna be cheap as fuck, cause no one gonna play it. Ill post the Pob. All Items doesnt have the new Implicit of the new influence, so damage should be a little bit higher in the end. So I just rolled a glad bleed and decided to try out shield crush, since I just played SST through the entirety of 3.15, and I didnt really feel the skill. The dps felt a bit lackluster and the ability didnt always properly overlap, the aoe was really bad, etc. So what I did is I swapped to an SST gem I was leveling and I went to check PoB, I am doing more dps on the same 4l at lvl 82 that I was doing on 2overlaps shield crush! I was a bit confused since it was supposed to be nerfed, but apparently if you spec into the proper bleed nodes, the skill is still really strong, even on a budget. Th

Here's my PoB with everything up. DPS is in an ideal scenario which actually happens quite often. Press flasks & focus and pretty much everything in the game dies in a couple seconds. Survivability comes from the fact that the average hit is so massive that i can freeze everything permanently, well everything that isn't straight up immune to freeze, such as Sirus and similar bosses. Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness. I watched the recent showcase of a Poison Transcendence SST Pathfinder and have been messing around PoB ever since. I've managed to combine gear from poe.trade and have come up with a PoB that seems decently tanky while being able to get respectable dps. I'm curious to see if you guys have any improvements or suggestions. I stole the idea of using phantasmal vengeance to passively generate rage in crowded groups and also should be able to get nearly 100% up
