[3.21] Raider Spectral Shield Throw - Lightning & Energy Shield Version - 100% Delirium Showcase

In this video, I showcase a 100% Delirium Map using my new Raider Spectral Shield Throw. I created this build to see what all the hype is about with SST in Crucible league and while it is a strong build, I don't think it is "historically OP broken" as many people would suggest it is.

That being said, I created the build for mainly mapping purposes, thus I have a lot of investment into defenses as I don't need more damage, but since the build is strong, it can do all content in the game including Ubers.

The issue I find with SST is that since the build basically gives you 100% crit, 1000% multi, and 2500 base damage, this cuts down the possible gearing and passive tree options for scaling the build. This is more of an issue with the lightning version than the cold version, but is still an issue for both builds, thus while the base stats are strong, it scales a lot worse through other means than other top builds.

I will talk more about the build later when I create a build guide over the next few days or so.
