PoE Assassin, Perfect Agony builds

This is probably one of the best builds I've theorycrafted. I wanted to make a hollow palm build and found an impale slayer build guide, but I don't have a duelist (standard) so I tried to make the build with another class (I don't have any marauder either). I decided to try assassin for crit but the dps with impale was capped at 1-2M dps. So I theorycrafted a poison version and oh boy was it better. This is the build: PoB is without flasks and only 100 poisons applied recently. I think it is pretty unique and I am looking for some feedback/ideas. Would you do sth differently? BB is procced by Kitava's Thirst helmet while spending over 100 mana with BF. Apep's are used to get the mana cost of Bladefall to over 100. Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.
