PoE 3.23 Affliction Minion builds without Mageblood, Necromancer, Original Sin

Dumped a ton of end of the league currency into this one and was very underwhelmed by the results. I tested this out on a fresh sc ssf character(no extra mods) and it went pretty well I thought. Some of my gear was better and some was worse this is just what my low expectation gear would look like at level 90. I am pretty sure the damage is not correct in pob, at least it feels like more than that.

TLDR: I'm not sure where to spent currency and have hit a wall in some content. I have a budget of 3 div and 1400c to upgrade the attached POB. Any advice is more than welcome!
