PoE League Starter, Slam builds with custom stat filters

Hi Exiles This build has gone from volc. fissure totems leaguestart > conc. path totems to now this. Totems were fun for both builds, but now I want something that can speed run bosses/sanctums/harbingers and decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something unusual. I failed, like, every single sanctum on this melee build (I was the player making fun of people for failing sanctums when on my totems) but now with enough DPS Sanctums are easier now than they were on totems. A few days ago I posted here asking if I should go Consecrated Path or Smite using One for Nothing Hollow Palm Technique. Last league I just did Smite not really knowing about Consecrated Path. This time I tried Consecrated Path and man it's amazing! I beat a new record for myself killing A10 Kitava with all passives & norm/crue/merc labs done in 3 hours 45 minutes. Pretty straight forward concept here. Debeon's Dirge with an instant enduring cry for the +150% elemental damage. With such a high base of flat cold damage, the best way to scale this build is with a ton of More multipliers, attack speed, cold penetration, and abyss jewels. Chose Raider for the attack speed/movespeed to make ground slam "feel good" since its an older skill and because it came together on the skill tree better than Champion, Berserker, or cold to fire Chieftain.
