Pretty straight forward concept here. Debeon's Dirge with an instant enduring cry for the +150% elemental damage. With such a high base of flat cold damage, the best way to scale this build is with a ton of More multipliers, attack speed, cold penetration, and abyss jewels. Chose Raider for the attack speed/movespeed to make ground slam "feel good" since its an older skill and because it came together on the skill tree better than Champion, Berserker, or cold to fire Chieftain. Scion with raider + slayer or champ is a close second however. With buffs up my build has just under 1.3mil shaper dps using ground slam/ancestral protector and 6k+ life at 93. I'm layering defense with evasion/blind, fortify, arctic armour, perm 3 endurance charges, and dodge/spell dodge. This will most likely be my delve league starter and I'm open to feedback.

Disclaimer - The PoB is lvl 93 and with high-ish end gear. I always create my builds with the end product in mind but the entry cost will be cheap. Also i added the 49% More Ground Slam damage on my axe since it isnt calculated automatically and there is no config option for it on PoB.
