PoE 3.23 Affliction SSF, Mapping builds

Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. Gearing notes: - Tincture: Lightning Pen and Melee Strike range. They're not terribly expensive, and my perfect rolled on cost me 1 div. I like to prioritize the range over the pen, because I like hitting monsters from the other side of rivers. Might be able strike range out for splash, or rage on hit, and get more damage, but then you'd probably be running different tinctures for different content, and I just want to be lazy. - Helm: Anything ES here. This has been one of my favourite league starts ever. I forgot how smooth perm minions are to play, and the Kuduku spectres shock nova is basically screen wide with the 30% minion AoE mastery. There's obviously a ton of improvements and gear upgrades to make, this is just a rough SSF friendly week one target.
