PoE Poacher's Mark, Fire builds

Hey all, This is the first build I've created in POB on my own. I'd love for someone to check it out and tell me any improvements or ideas that they have to expand upon this build. I am not sure about my links and if I should be pathing to Point Blank as I've never played a Molten Strike build before. Start with Galvanic Arrow , Rain of arrows and then explosive arrow. First buy, always quill rain, as soon as you can afford it ( ranges from 1 alch to 2 chaos on league start) NO PIERCE, NO CHAIN, NO FORK, NO ADDED FLAT DAMAGE ( % is fine, just not something that says 4- 12 fire damage to attacks, until you remove elemental equilibrium) Level assasin mark, but since you cant deal criticals with precise technique, you can choose another mark to use as your default, like warlords for endurance charges or poacher. After Nemesis mods kicked my first build around to much I looked into a more defensive type of build. My idea was to build around the Transcendence keystone and stacking armour. What catched my eye was the 3.19 newly buffed Lightning Coil (50% phys to lightning). It is a perfect fit for the build since you want to convert 100% physical damage from hits to elemental. I found a single profile that went with the idea and had some interesting items: Replica Dreamfather, Formless Inferno and Emperor's Vigilance. Basically wanted quality of life from raider and leech+damage from chieftan. This creates an extremely smooth character that has the DPS of EA, decent tankiness (bit less than champ), but MUCH better recovery than either elementalist, heiro, or champ. Marks are chosen over arcanist brand for less buttons and alchemist mark does basically the same thing.
