PoE Earthquake builds

I have thrown this together in the last hour or so as an quick idea to make best use of the new Cloak of Flame. Its still very rough around the Edges and needs to be fleshed out. Its meant for a Leaguestart SSF Enviroment. It includes Cloak of Flame and a Warlords Helmet though which may need a few days to obtain, longer if unlucky. But i am confident you could live off of Armour longer if needed. I am thankful for any ideas to improve it. I am sure i have some oversights i could easily include since i didnt spend very long on it and im unfamilar with Melee based scaling. None of the gear b

In the upcoming league they are buffing the Tawhoa's chosen buff in the Chieftain tree from 50% more damage to 100 , so i wanted to play around with the idea of having a slam ignite build. My build idea is to use slams and the second attack of Tawhoa's chosen to inflict a huge double burn utilizing Emberwake. On paper it seems ok. With non permanent buffs disabled on a 5 link I hit \~900k ignite DPS. 229% increased life, good armor and a defensive aura, stance and banner. Does anyone have any recommendations for the build? I've been out of the game for a few leagues, so I may be missing some

Earlier today I started thinking on this and got a number of good comments and here comes the strength stacking Scion who makes everyone really bloody miserable through an Anomalous Despair aura cranked up by Ashes Of The Stars and four Misery Everlasting nodes :D Chaos damage Anomalous Earthquake puts 'em out of their misery. Again Ashes Of The Stars help. Alas I needed to put in an Enlighten. If it's too expensive perhaps replace a Misery Everlasting with Uncompromising. I have enabled an Ancestral Warchief. The equipment is very starter-ish. No uniques, nothing required, just get some rare upgrades and go. Without dot-multis on gear it's still over 1mil dps with almost no gear. I've done this in like 30 minutes, but I think it could get better. Damage is insane (especially with ensnaring arrow on bosses [check "not moving" in config tab]). I'm sure it can be even taken to HC, if you can find some modifications to the skill tree. Probably max. resistances, Glorious Vanity. PoB here:

This is my take on a brain rattler elementalist for the mega shocks! Wondering if anyone has any ideas to increase the damage on the build, but the idea is it has near capped phys reduction and between aegis and increased capped res should be quite tanky vs elements as well. It is intended to be off meta, I am not using golems because you just slap them on any skill and its great. How the heck does this build work? He takes Instruments of Virtue, but what spells does he ever cast that aren’t instant? His resists aren’t capped but takes very little elemental damage and his effective physical life pool is in the hundreds of thousands. I don’t get it. Physical max hit he can take is 190,753 according to POB

Build: Main question I was hoping to get answered is the question of DPS. Because my god everyone says something different when it comes to acceptable DPS. 1 person says min 250K is the goal while another says 2M is the goal on league start.
