Earlier today I started thinking on this and got a number of good comments and here comes the strength stacking Scion who makes everyone really bloody miserable through an Anomalous Despair aura cranked up by Ashes Of The Stars and four Misery Everlasting nodes :D Chaos damage Anomalous Earthquake puts 'em out of their misery. Again Ashes Of The Stars help.

Alas I needed to put in an Enlighten. If it's too expensive perhaps replace a Misery Everlasting with Uncompromising.

I have enabled an Ancestral Warchief. You can add Vaal Blight to go above 1.7M chaos DPS. Items are real, copied from trade, all of them below 1ex, most are significantly less, except the Cane, that's 2ex because it's 6L.

While 1.5-1.7M DPS might not sound too big, again, this is chaos and chaos resistance is typically much lower.
