Damage Recoup is cool, while ignite Infernal Blow is not - Path of Exile (3.17 Archnemesis)

With Archnemesis league we got more sources of damage recouped as life over 4 seconds. So i stacked many recoup things, got lots of regeneration and recovery rate and end up with very tanky build, which could become even tankier, but maybe don't use it with ignite infernal blow.
