We still have considerable evasion aganist melee hits. But if youd like more ranged evasion, this could be a great option. Its a maybe for me. It's a build for those who like to play safe, who don't like to die in every map and happy with not being a zoom zoom build. Can do all content, not necessarily you need to do all content but you can. An allrounder. Oh a fair warning, your finger might hurt pressing a button for summoning SRSs but then again that is the trade off for all the other QoL this build offers.

INTRO/BACKGROUND So I tried out CoC Frostblink of Wintry Blast and it was not to my liking at the budget I had available. Even with good AOE, I'd run into this problem where, on normal hitbox sized mobs, I'd blink a little too far away and have to run back to the mob for a split second before I could trigger again.
