My fastest build has basically no movement speed - Leapfrog Zombie Bomber build [3.25]

Bodyswap of Sacrifice destroys a minion to create a AoE explosion with base damage proportional to minion life. Stack minion life and gem levels on Raise Zombies to get ~60k base damage on Bodyswap. Remove the need for corpses with Aukuna’s Will, trigger Raise Zombies with Poet’s Pen, and trigger Bodyswap with Spellslinger. Stack “increased cooldown recovery rate for movement skills” on the passive tree and using frenzy charges with Replica Badge of the Brotherhood. With some additional generic cooldown recovery (Like Clockwork), the trigger rate for both skills gets to the 5.05 triggers/second threshold. Pick whatever wand attack you want, hold down the attack button, and warp around with 15M DPS.

Hybrid life / ES defenses. Offensive auras don’t scale the explosion damage so Grace + Determination to be quite tanky. Capped suppress with Trickster suppression effect. Instant ES recovery when hit with Ghost Shrouds, over 10,000 instant life recovery per second with Maligaro’s Lens + Necromantic Aegis. 20k phys max hit, 55k ele max hit, 26k chaos max hit.

Playstyle takes some getting used to in order to “steer” it. Level 100 much more necessary than on typical builds: tree is very point-starved and the Poet’s Pen level 100 breakpoint is a big boost. Plan on getting a lot of inc mana reservation efficiency if you want two 50% auras.
