PoE Crest of Desire, Lightning builds without Mageblood

I am playing herald of thunder and use lightning warp to move around and inflict shocks. The damage is not particulary high, but I can do T16s fairly quickly and easily, as long as they don't have certain mods I think it would be fun to use consecrated path instead of lightning warp which would give me fortify + regen from consecrated ground. However, according to PoB, if I replaced lightning warp with consecrated path, average hit damage would be halved. I guess that means this would make my shocks weaker. Is there any way for m

Hi, I've been trying to build around a Herald Thunder autobomber (HoT), using a mana-stacker approach, by combining the "Essence Glutton" necro node via forbbiden jewels (2% base mana/s) and Elementalists (1% base mana/s) from "Mastermind of discord" and Agnostic\ to sustain both life and mana. \Agnostic is provided via Sanctified relic, so it's added under custom modifiers. HoT is in the Crest of Desire to minimize the mana reservation. Build is so far decent for clearing t16 maps - the sustain is GREAT compared

Sharing my latest build and hoping someone will see some improvements that can be made. Galvanic field has some downsides: Low AOE and poor hit rate. We get around the AOE by slotting a Phantasmal GV into a Crest of Desire, and Scaling mana with Heirophant. This gives GV domes usually a couple of screens of area. The beams fire from the centre of the dome and dont go through walls or obsticles, so open maps work better. GV can fire 10 times per second but only hit the same enemy twice per second, and these cannot be sca

PoB: Basic functionality: 6-link Orb of Storms (just trying out item rarity at the moment), LC in Crest of Desire, Doryani's to bring the lightning res down. Highlights: capped spell suppression, capped chaos res, 7,7M DPS agains non-uber enemies. Problems: armor is way too low, and I have no way of mitigating certain lightning damage one-shots (auras, degens). I tried to switch to Mahuxotl's Machinations, but I discovered that the other side of that trick, Tempered by War from Lethal Pride, also reduces negative lightning resi
