PoE Berserk, Flicker Strike, Cold, Duration builds

Quick snippet from latest YT video! The build revolves around automatically exploding glacial bolts with a host of different minions for instant explosions. Minions socketed with Biting Frost one shot ice crystals no matter the HP. We then scale AoE and explosion damage with gemling levels and quality %. Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. Getting all charges beyond 11 seems prohibitively expensive. Is this just sort of the nature of this build, am I missing something super obvious? Actually played this as Lightning Arrow for the majority of the league. I saw another post on this subreddit using Heatshiver + Immortal Flesh and thought to myself wait, that's like 10x better than Voll's + random Stygian. Went from something like 100m LA + Artillery Ballista DPS to I think 140m, due to heatshiver. Interested in taking the build further, if anyone would like to take a look at my POB and point out any mistakes/gearing upgrades I can make. Kind of unsure how much the 50% inc effect of ailments mastery is helping me, for example.

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF.
