Here's a one-of-a-kind variant to this league's popular archetype of Lightning Arrow with Nimis. I explain in the opening of the video that my reason for going Ice Shot is due to Yoke of Suffering's free Shock combined with Ice Shot's superior built-in element conversion. While a sort of Jack-of-all-trades and master of none, I've absolutely enjoyed this character and its versatility in the new T17 endgame.
The budget for this build with its current gear is somewhere in the 6-9 mirror range. Many of the pieces will be extremely difficult or even impossible to copy at this point in-league. To that point, there are opportunities for workarounds in some of these gearing decisions. Let us know if you have any questions or comments in the comments section below!
