PoE Chieftain, The Searing Touch builds

I have been slowly farming up div to buy a Fulcrum and it has been super slow going. I finally got enough div, but now I am second guessing whether or not the Fulcrum is worth it. Right now, I am using Mokou's Embrace with the corruption that poison cannot be inflicted on me. With that I have a 3-link with CWS, Lifetap and Forbidden rite, with a 100+ chance to ignite myself. It's my little "poor man's Fulcrum" setup. I also have the gloves that spread ignites (POB at the bottom), and I am mopping up maps just as the Fulcrum builds do on the v

Note: This is NOT really a RF build! Hi, I'm a really casual Path of Exile player who doesn't usually go hard into leagues anymore and therefore has a lot of outdated knowledge. I decided to make my own build this league - I've reached the point where I'm running Red T16 maps, but due to the build being overly complicated, most people get a headache when I ask them for gearing tips, although I've gotten some really good advice, such as someone telling me how good Formless Flame was. Here is my build, although some skills don't work due to them not being integrated into Path of Building yet

Trying to do RF/WoC/Consecrated Path. (RF for damage, WoC for Exposure/Ignite/CoH, Consc Path for movement/clear) Goal is going to be getting enough life onto my gear to tank out most hits, and I'm only aiming for 24/40 with an A4/A5 Sirus kill. I'd likely add Infernal Cry and possibly Fist of War (at least for leveling). Thanks in advance!
