PoE Marauder, League Starter builds

This is my slow tempo league starter, and its facetanking minotaur and hydra at once, boss dps is around 3 mil. Yes, I admire uberdan, and it is my copied version of his last league 'hipster spectral helix ascendent. I am sc trade player and tried to integrate new mechanics like precise technique, mark on hit support with frenzy charge generation mastery, intimidate implicit on gloves(red exarch currency, lowest tier is fine I think). First things first, this is NOT MY BUILD. I saved the POB last league and cannot remember who made it. This build has the advantages of being very good DPS with totems leaching damage for you (which is huge). You just lay down your totems and dodge boss mechanics. Just prior to league start, I theorycrafted a couple of builds: a Hexblast Occultist and a RF/Searing Bond Cheiftan. At he last minute I decided to go with the Cheiftan as the defences looked more solid, and I couldn't be happier. This has been the smoothest, easiest league start I've experienced, and one of the strongest builds I've played in my 1200 hours in POE. Thus far, I've invested a grand total of 25c on this build, and 22c of that was on the amulet. Close to 1m DPS with pretty average gear and cheap-as-mud uniques
