Build Idea Testing for 3.17 - Tectonic Slam Totems - YES I KNOW, NO PATCH NOTES YET - PoE 3.17 is a Path of Exile Chieftain build by Jorgen, made for the Scourge league (3.16). It is centered on Tectonic Slam and plays as a fire, strength, attack, area archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 1.77M DPS with 5.5K life, 320 energy shield. Suited for: Ritual, Heist. Key uniques include Brutus' Lead Sprinkler, Rumi's Concoction, Meginord's Vise, The Wise Oak, Crown of Eyes.
