PoE Righteous Army, Channelling builds

I'm a casual player. I've started to work my way through Kirac maps and am looking to fine tune my current setup: Right off the bat you'll notice I'm templar, so not the optimal class for the build; a change toward a poison SRS build is something that happened around mid-game. My current play style is to distract enemies with a couple of totems and skeletons, then spam SRS. Hi I absolutely love this skill and the Elementalist version of it with the golems and poured my heart and soul to push it and would love to make it so I eventually am able to clear and beat all the game's content including the pinnacle bosses(at least the non-ubers). After asking around a bit in the community it became very apparent to me from hearing a lot of doom-saying from others regarding this type of build for endgame content -- I have never gotten to pinnacle bosses before and so I have no clue what is expected from a character in terms of stats to acomplish going through them; In

Buckle up, because this turned out long. TL;DR: I think there's a lot of potential here that people aren't exploring because the skill feels clunky at first. Since the start of this league, it's been my stubborn obsession to make Stormbind work well. I think I've done it (keyword think -- I don't play a ton). Here's a rough POB based off my own character but with some of the supports and gem levels idealized, though I haven't worked on itemization.
