Hey guys, here is Vaal Flameblast Elementalist build. Using unique spectre Yaomac's Accord to buff vaal skills and reduce soul gain prevention duration and combining this with new Pact of K'Tash. Also getting Priest of Yaomac (Chaos Bloodline) for almost permanant vaal flameblast.

Forbidden Flame/Flesh: "Shaper of Storms " from Elementalist.

Aspect of Solaris: Aspect of Solaris is a Pantheon aspect skill that grants a buff which inflicts Fire exposure on enemies within its radius, and periodically inflicts the stackable Sunscald debuff which increases the effect of exposure on affected enemies.
