PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.24 Necropolis SSF, Cold builds

Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. I left out Defiance Banner for now because of reservation issues. Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. Using Vortex with Grace, Determination, Tempest Shield, and D,Banner. Thanks for looking, and I appreciate your help!
