PoE Lightning builds

Hi there! So I'm working on some new builds, and I have two questions about how PoB handles certain calculations. 1.) The first question is very simple and has to do with Flame Blast. When you see the 'cast rate' while having flame blast selected I assume what that is trying to represent is stagers per second, right? In other words, if we assume an unmodded 10 stage max flame blast, and my cast rate on the PoB is say 4.5. That's telling me that I'm casting 4.5 stages a second, so my time to do the 'average hit' damage on top will roughly be 2.22 seconds? So I'd have to divide that

Hey guys Started playing Spark Trickster after not finding a decent build the whole league and its been a blast. I already did every invitation( except hidden, but havent tried it more recenty), including 100%+ quant elderslayers and medium juiced feared, also cleared every normal boss. In this regard, Nimi's really allowed me to be able to be so much stronger and clear this type of content without much difficulty. But I want to try and tackle ubers on this build, something I have never done before, but I don't know what I should prioritize to try and do it. POB: [

I am playing a trinity LA - Storm Rain, I'm really happy how it works. When I use 'The Interrogation' PoB shows better numbers (when i config brittle) but in game clear feels better without the cluster jewel. I don't know why really, is it just because of the chill/freeze? Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone tried poison spark in e.g. SSF setting and got some results on a cookie cutter setup. The prevalent variants all use ashes and alt qual which is actually perfectly achievable and a comparably decently low entry point for an all content viable build but ofc we're always trying to go lower. I've theorycrafted a very basic poison spark trickster, using the old fans favourite vulkuurs guidance, cospris will for +1 curse and guaranteed poison and fat ES, singularity as a cheap damage source and shavronnes revelation to get huge ES and decentish mana regen.
