Hey guys, storm brand of indecision inquisitor build is here. Storm Brand of Indecision is a spell which creates a brand on the ground. While attached, the brand deals lightning damage to the attached target and repeatedly attaches to different targets. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version causes brands to attach to a new enemy after activating, identical to the same stat from Brand Mastery, and only sends a beam to a single target instead of multiple. It has higher damage, higher damage effectiveness, a faster activation frequency, but no damage multiplier against branded enemies other than a small amount from gem quality.
