League start testing for the next has already begun, and I'm pulling out all the stops! This video is the first of many teaser showcases for a starter build I have in mind for 3.25. This build features a particularly low-budget yet high-performing elemental-attack deadeye that neglects scaling crit despite focusing heavily on freezing enemies as a primary defensive layer. This is likely to be the best overall league start build I've produced as of yet, for how easy it is to setup and for how well it performs on such a small budget. Definitely one worthy of considering for newer players!
