This is an improved iteration of the previous Firestorm build. Think of it as a supplement.
It's been overlooked by many people that how powerful the Hierophant Ascendancy can become when paired with AoE overlapping. This build is currently at 4.5m radius. While the paper DPS might not stand out compared to the top Archmage builds you can find on poe.ninja, it can theoretically deal up to 3x damage with proper positioning.
