PoE Profane Bloom, League Starter builds

Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps. If anyone has a better-looking PoB using Elementalist instead of Occultist, I'm all ears, I'd just prefer

Just got done making my first build for 3.16, figured I'd share. This is NOT a league starter, you will have to do a starter build (probably necro DD) to get the gear to play it. Flasks and stats on rares, excluding required (or really good) rolls, are left blank to be filled as you wish. Rare stats will be maximizing energy shield, capping resists, capping stat reqs, getting minion life rolls, and getting chaos gem levels or chaos damage. NOTE: It is not known how rare or expensive the shield will be, the build can be played without it at approximately ~80% dps

Hey all. Just wanted to share and receive some feedback for my planned Eye of Winter Occultist league starter. I plan on skipping the usual 6-link setup and i'm going to be using a duel 5link unleash setup with 2x Eye of Winter gems. (the seals recharge themselves independently so it works as you'd want it to) This is to bypass the mana multiplier increase on support gems and the damage reduction on the usual damage support gems that patch 3.15 is bringing.
