PoE Occultist is without a doubt among the Best Builds in Path of Exile 3.16 Scourge League. It has been my first experiment with Chaos Damage Witch Builds, inspired by the video by another creator, linked below - give him some love too! 😊
I've really enjoyed playing this build, adapted it to my simplified casual Path of Exile beginners needs, offering it to you my friends as an OVERVIEW, rather than a full-blown and finished guide.
This build relies on chaos damage skills Bane and Essence Drain, Occultist Ascendancy, and a bunch of new Passive Skill Tree Masteries that you can inspect closely in the Path of Building link (and screenshots) below!

Life Mastery - Vitality has 100% mana reservation efficiency Life Mastery - 50 to max life Evasion and Energy Shield Mastery - 30% increased evasion if you have energy shield Evasion Mastery - 30% to avoid a bunch of bad stuff...
