PoE Crackling Lance, Inquisitor builds

Hi, my name is Diego and this is the first build I've tried to create from scratch, after thousands of hours of playing. I still consider myself a noob at the game, but I have a good understanding of the mechanics. Making that clear, this first build of mine takes full advantage of the new amulet, The Untouched Soul \+ the Warden node, Oath of the Maji, making it "easy" to use The Annihilating Light. I want a character with a lot of defense and good suffixes for that, using Unset Rings seems like the best way (because I will only use the staff's sockets), I will add auras and

Im happy with this build BUT when i need to stop moving and start applying dmg its getting hard, when to dodge when to shoot etc. Any oder skills i could swap to, with small investment ? 1-2div .

Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. I am doing tier 12-14 maps after chiseling and alching. The only movement speed I have is the 30% increased movement speed mod on my Ralakesh's impatience riveted boots. Just thought I would post here because this is my first 100 that I have achieved. A little back story. I hurt myself at work and have been off for most of this league which 100% helped achieve this. The staff I crafted myself. The rest was bought. This is also the highest dps char I have ever had by a metric TON. Just thought I would share. Hope yall are having fun in the league POB:

I always wanted to do a crack lance and since I dont know if mathil will finish his one, I took his build and did it the way id probably build it. I would love to build it with a natural affinity because it would fit perfectly but sadly its too many points (I usually play my builds up to lvl 92-94).
