PoE Boneshatter, League Starter, Melee builds

I've been PoB warrior'ing for awhile and I think I've settled on my league starter. Main criteria was melee, strong overall build (mapping + bossing), and tanky as possible. Was thinking boneshatter slayer, but I avoided it for a couple of reasons; Vaal Pact annoys me and Slayer needs it to be acceptably tanky, and Slayer is kind of bad at bossing without very high investment. Hi, so I'm pretty new to build making and decided I would finally try and create my own build. Overall I love tanky builds that can do respectable damage doesn't need to be massive. I love the pillar of the caged god and the way some champions have been using perseverance to scale there armor/evasion has inspired me to make a tanky boy build.
