PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?

I'm following TriPolarBear Cold Dot Elementalist build, i'm clearing quite fast (i guess) even t16 maps. Problem is that sometimes i just got oneshotted and i don't know why, even in T12/14, so i keep losing xp and it's been more than a week now and i'm still at 93. Am i missing something crucial? Taking Jungroan build to the max. I am currently the highest dps on poeninja for Divergent Creeping Frost Deadeye. This is even without haste slotted in. That would put me over 250mil.
