PoE Fireball, Fire builds

Hello, I'm kind of theorycrafting a fireball flamewall build. Fireball to map fast, and Firewall to use against boss. I want the life / Block / Armor / Staff build, to get, I think, good survivability. Look at the LL build in items and tree for a realistic view of the build (around 20-30 ex to get there, so nothing impossible). Before the leaguestart, I planned a build around Stasis prison, before finding out how rare (and expensive) it would be. I'm still leaving it here in case it could help someone getting inspiration, since I don't believe I will be able to buy it this league, the next one, or ever. Trying to rig up a flame-surge Kitava's thirst character. It'd be like playing melee, without being melee. I'm probably going to roll with it next league unless something overtly destroys the build. But looking for feedback on it. I usually don't follow through with POB to an entire build, just slap it in and see if it works and go play once I'm confident with it. This one, however, I built all the way to 85 in POB because I was couldn't really decide how 9 golem, voltaxic archmage max shock, big boom chaos burn fireballs would work.
