PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.0 Harbinger League Starter, Spell, Mapping builds

Please rip this build to shreds and tell me this is shit but below is a PoB I threw together for an Ice Nova build using new Archmage in a 5link Pledge of Hands. Gear is very, very basic and it seems fairly squish as a result but unless I'm missing something it seems like it should be pretty fun to lightning warp around, hitting ice nova and auto casting frost bolts and echoing more ice nova's for pretty good early mapping with minimal investment. Appreciate y'alls feedback

Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop). EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty. This has been one of my favourite league starts ever. I forgot how smooth perm minions are to play, and the Kuduku spectres shock nova is basically screen wide with the 30% minion AoE mastery. There's obviously a ton of improvements and gear upgrades to make, this is just a rough SSF friendly week one target.
