I was planning around a 3.16 league starter since I am done with the league (gauntlet the great finale everytime for me). I have never played a deadeye or EA and i wanted to check out the sniping barrage style. The build seems to be not that much of a glass canon (159% life) and I consider being far away from stuff a rather defensive layer.
