PoE Templar, Guardian builds without Chains of Command

Like many others I am excited and hopeful to crack in to a new viable and fun league starter with Guardian SRS. In this POB my goal was to be realistic/conservative, and give myself a lot of wiggle room. Please critique and give constructive feedback and tips. Goal is to get to red maps and maybe do a few shaper/eater/exarch kills. Thank You! &x200B;

Has anyone made a serious Link build so far? Because I haven't seen any and I think it's a cool idea in general. I 'd love to try one, although I don't have any people to play it with. Still, I decided to make a Link build of my own and see what people think of it and who knows, maybe some time in the future I'll be able to play it. I'm going to do some party play with my friends who just want to chill together. We aren't doing anything too juiced but I thought it would be nice if our builds meshed well together at least a little bit. The main idea for my build was a lightning/cold crit character that inflicts max brittle and shock to help everyone out. Here is the build I need help with making it make more sense.
