PoE Haulsen builds

PoB: Wanted to build my character around Dom.Blow + Spiritual command because it always appealed to me thematically. It became surprisingly more and more fun to play as time went on. Its does not deal a bazillion dps or is an immortal build by any means, but i'm pretty happy with the result, I love that holy relic setup with almost 400m shock threshold.
