PoE 3.14 Ultimatum Movement builds

Hello. I want to share with you my Frostblink Occultist build. I wanted to create it since Blight league, but Badge of the Brotherhood always was very expensive for me. Now its under 3ex so i decided to try. This build has only \~5k HP, but combined with 72/44 block with Glancing Blows, Malediction, Frigid Wake, permanent freezing and always moving i dont feel this build completely squishy.
