3.14 Chainbreaker Cyclone (Impale Version) - 400%+ MS (3.15 Expedition Update in description)

3.15 Update: Every single build in the game has been nerfed, but the Chainbreaker notable and the reduced cost interaction has for seem reason been left untouched, so the build is still viable (lol) However due to the Diamond Flask nerf coupled with the fact that our support gems got a lot weaker, this build will need more investment to keep going. A simple Cane of Kulemak for a few ex will not do anymore, and I would only recommend this build if you can afford one of the more expensive weapons the game has to offer. This Version might now be on par or better with the Cold version, since we do not care about crits as much (no Herald of Ice) and we are less reliant on Flasks.

Other than that, the functionality of the build has not changed, and we are still speedy bois.
