3.14 Chainbreaker Cyclone - Cold Version, 569% Movespeed (3.15 Expedition Update in description)

3.15 Update: Every single build in the game has been nerfed, but the Chainbreaker notable and the reduced cost interaction has for seem reason been left untouched, so the build is still viable (lol) However, the Diamond Flask nerf coupled with the fact that our support gems got a lot weaker, this build will need more investment to keep going. A simple Cane of Kulemak for a few ex will not do anymore, and I would only recommend this build if you can afford one of the more expensive weapons the game has to offer. Also, since we are critting less, the Herald of ice explosions will be a lot less frequent, so we might consider the phys impale version as better, hard to say though.

Other than that, the functionality of the build has not changed, and we are still speedy bois.
