PoE Tornado Shot builds with custom stat filters

I noticed that almost no one on poe ninja is using shroud MF build, even though it seems very good for MF unlike omniscience. It makes you quite tanky and it has good damage scaling. The cost is losing greed's embrace which gives up to 15% quant and 50% rarity. Of course that is a loss but I don't think it's big enough to ignore this option when lacking dps (relevant this league). Hi! How can i improve my TS Deadeye? I have invested about 10 div into my build. The clear is really nice, however i lack single target. I see people get millions of DPS on the same budget as me, meanwhile my PoB shows about 200k dps (Is it true or am I missing something?) Right now i have 10div in my stash. I'm following this build. POB I do zero damage and it would be nice to be able to do some damage to the titanic shells when they brick the run. Are there any weapon/gem combos that alone, would provide enough dps to kill the things? Budget would be something like 20D max.

I don't know why I did it. Been slowly improving the survavibilty of my TS until this version was created. 1) 90 res is melding + stacking 19 max cold res. +8 max res from warrior's tale in the top-left spot, +6 from purity of ice with 50% increased aura effect, +2 from unnatural instinct, +3 from random passives (which also help to stack projectiles) 2) To cap this res I have to use mageblood + one full "prefix" and suffix of resistances.
