Feeling more confident here. At this point I know everything about the fight. I still can't dodge the anchors, they track the player and I don't time the blink well enough.
Since I got hit by the anchor, I tried to not get hit by Storm Calls.
All these Velka fights were completed in the worst scenario. A chart which was not scoured, alongside the worst boss mod, which is "gain maximum life as extra maximum energy shield". While it is great for showcases ( the boss gets double hp ), it is bad for completing challenges and for defeating bosses with immunity phases, like Velka.
I kept saving this chart that I had last month, so I kept using it ( charts have x% chance to not be consumed ). Here I managed to gather 5/6 cursed ducats and I used 3 of them, which is the maximum allowed per voyage.
