Cold DoT Trickster vs Velka, the Tide Witch | Path of Exile [3.29]

I will do a rerun of this, because the recording is scuffed and I was playing too safe and scared. I still experience Jonathan's bug where game crashes, but for me it looks like a weird screen tear now ( it's way more more playable than before xd ).

People said this boss does damage so I was trying to not get hit and do all challenges for her in one shot. I failed apparently.

The arena is awkward. I was missing Cold Snaps because of the crater positioning and Cressie stays out of reach of my Vaal Cold Snap. She also seems to have immunity intermissions, where she gets to recharge ES. I made the mistake to not look at the chart mods and it rolled "Monsters gain X% of Maximum Life as Extra Maximum Energy Shield", which is the worst mod possible for monsters with such phases ( another example is Veritania when she flies up ).

Other than that, Velka Bloodline is imo the most broken option right now for Cold DoT. I hope it doesn't get deleted like the Saresh one.

I will do a bit of testing with these new ascendancy points soon.
