This is my first strong character (I probably think it every single league). Should it be able to kill Sirus? Do I need more defensive layers? All tips are appreciated. Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC.
