This is my first strong character (I probably think it every single league). Should it be able to kill Sirus? Do I need more defensive layers?

Just for the sake of the rule about explaining the build:
It is an Occultist CoC Ice Spear with Cospri's Malice, Shav's Wrappings and Prism Guardian. There is not much to explain.
