PoE Hexblast, Witch builds with custom stat filters

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello

I kinda made this build on my own, it kills 5/7 ubers (exarch too hard, awakener haven't tried). I have ralakesh's impatience in my inventory and double tap it to get max charges instantly in pinnacle boss fights, since the ramp is pretty painful otherwise. Once you get to max you sustain with pcoc though. I proc EE with an abyss jewel that adds a miniscule amount of lightning damage which triggers from impending doom/doom blast (source of cull as well) I mainly posted because i feel like i hit a wall on scaling it further, so im open to suggestions. Recently I've swapped into Occultist, hence a few things have changed. 1. Blackflame - Enemies ignited take chaos damage 2. Replace Windshreek with a solid pair of boots, life, res, Ignites deal damage faster implicit and Increased action speed implicit 3. +1 curse body armor to replace the additional curse from Windshreek 4.
