PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor Duelist, Critical builds

The concept of this build is to stack Quick and Deadly note on cluster and megalomaniac to scale % increase and attack speed, Then take as much flat damage as possible from equipment and auras, Then use Omni to get penetration. So with the new Dual Strike Gem; 70% more damage with the main hand weapon (100% with Ashes of Stars), while using the attack time of the off-hand weapon (Using Bright Beak for 2.10 APS), and finally Slayer ascendency for 8% base crit we have a usable edps crit weapon! The idea is flicker strike trauma stacking without multistrike, self poison w/ tainted pact, self-bleed w/ red trail (unaffected w/ slayer), 2 flasks that are always up and 1 being damage taken leeched as life. Hi all, I'm currently working on a Trauma Flicker Slayer that stacks all 3 charges. However, I've found a way to implement crit into the build using Ralakesh's Impatience: How the build works: Stack power charges and set max frenzy and endurance charges to max power using Badge of the Brotherhood / Masterful Form from Slayer Use Ralakesh's Impatience boot swap upon entering new zones. I am wanting to play flicker strike this league with the new trauma support gem. I threw together a build using the Red Trail boots with The Golden Rule to generate frenzy charges? Is this viable? Should I drop the right side of the tree? I have posted the POB below. Any advise is appreciated.
