I'm currently working on a Trauma Flicker Slayer that stacks all 3 charges. However, I've found a way to implement crit into the build using Ralakesh's Impatience:

How the build works:
- Stack power charges and set max frenzy and endurance charges to max power using Badge of the Brotherhood / Masterful Form from Slayer
- Use Ralakesh's Impatience boot swap upon entering new zones. This allows us to bypass the downside of Malachai's Loop and keep us at max power charges (as long as you're hitting stuff in the past 20 seconds to refresh). The usual technology is to use Graven's Secret to convert Power Charges to Absorbsion Charges, but having 550% crit chance is much better for this variant
- Use +1 Power Charge Crown of Eyes to convert all that juicy spell damage from Malachai's Loop / tree nodes into attack damage (HUGE DPS boost)
- Use 11 Endurance Charges + perma Enduring Cry with 50% inc buff effect + Red Trail phys mitig + minor pantheon to have 90% base phys reduction for Trauma stacking
- Craft the weirdest Siege Axe to get high base crit chance, AS, bleed chance (to proc Golden Rule + Red Trail frenzy on hit), and impale effect (which might be better as crit multi at this point). Using this over the popular Brightbeak because I can craft Hits Can't Be Evaded and bypass Resolute Technique for crits
- Divine Shield gives almost instant full ES regen once you've hit enough trauma stacks (feels like you're ascending once you've hit a certain threshold)
- Use Replica Restless Ward + Kaom's Spirit for 16 rage per second for crazy Berserk uptime (which gives a bunch of AS for trauma stacking + more phys mitigation)
- Use Second Sight from Brutal Restraint to cap crit chance. Blind doesn't really affect us at all since we don't evade and our weapon cannot miss
The build in practice is fast as hell and fun as hell. However, I feel like paper against elemental hits specifically. It's sometimes difficult to hit the 'ascension' point where you feel immortal since you need to hit yourself enough times to have good ES regen from Divine Shield.
So many of these uniques synergize together, and I'm having issues implementing better elemental damage mitigation that doesn't screw with the synergies. Any thoughts?
My initial ideas:
- Fit in Transcendence since armour doesn't do anything for the build anyways. This requires me removing Replica Restless Ward for Loreweave, so Berserk is no longer an option. Also, it's difficult to stack armour even if I swap to determination and use a %phys reduction Watcher's Eye to make up for the Sublime Vision +1 Power Charge loss. I tried doing this, and the tankiness is comparable to just having berserk mitigation.
- Swapping Second Sight for The Traitor (flask charges for how many flask slots you have missing), running Ruby/Sapphire/Topaz flasks, and a Micro-Distillery belt for additional flask effect. This one seems the least intrusive, but I'd either need to roll triple ele res on the belt or have 100% uptime on the flasks to cap ele res.
- Melding of the Flesh + Purity of Lightning (maybe in combination with #2 to help cap res). Power Charge Tattoo + Unnatural Calm from the tree already give +2% Max Lightning. However, this also removes our ability to run Sublime Vision for +1 Power Charge, so we'd need to find a way to get 5% additional phys reduction to cap at 90%.
- Can't use Divine Flesh since we need ES regen for our build :(
