Wander's been my favorite build archetype for a while (first made a non-int stack assassin wander, then rolled an int stack in ritual, and I've done a couple of raider/deadeye wanders since) and with the abyss unique changes I feel it can be done really well on a budget now. The new shroud of the lightless isn't a 5 link, sure, but throwing Power Siphon into Thunderfist more than makes up for it, especially given the 40% global ele pen I'm currently getting from Shroud. PoB: This build uses Kinetic Blast to Cast on Crit Dark Pact + Chain. I threw this together since I got a minion life relic and always collect CoC poison gear for fun to try stuff. The idea is that KB might sometimes look like a real CoC skill if you chain it off a Tornado. We create Tornadoes and skeletons using Poet's Pen. This build slapped way harder than I expected when I equipped it, so I thought I'd share. I'm wearing literal random gear. The core of the build can be considered poet's pen + watcher's eye + rings.

I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps. I already have some decent stuffs as: Crit armor 400DPS wand Impossible escape Watcher's eye but it doesn't seem enought. Hey, can you lovely people give this a look and tell me what you think? I tried to go for achievable gear with the goal of having a build that can use the maroider MTX, clear crazy well (kinetic blast) and still do the endgame bosses. The most insane pieces are the replica alberons, and the forbidden flame and flesh jewels. The last 2 can be substituted for other things until later. Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players.
