This is my first league (came from D4) and I have had a blast. Learned a lot. I look forward to POE2 coming out soon. Before the league ends I want to reach level 100 with my tornado shot dead-eye and was hoping anyone had advice on how I can proceed to push into harder content. There are some concessions, but not as many as you may think. Big Concessions: 1. You must drop Kalandra's or Blastrain (on your second manaforged setup). I think dropping blast rain makes sense, but I happened to randomly hit an unset ring that is just better than my current helical ring so I run that. I lose 52 chaos res doing this though, so if you have a perfect helical ring just drop blastrain imo. I also have some other options in the items you can find on trade for reasonable prices I think.
